WE’RE RE-OPENING

We’re on our way back. We’ll be reopening on June 15th. Our shop is ready and it’s as safe as it possibly can be.

New opening times

Monday to Saturday: 10am – 5pm.
Sunday: Appointments only.

To make you feel safe:

  • Screens are in place in front of the stringing counter and in front of the till area.
  • Hand sanitisers are available throughout the shop.
  • We have face masks and gloves for those who will feel more comfortable with them.
  • Floor markings are in place just in case you need reminding about social distancing
  • Our staff have been fully informed about all safety regulations so we will make you all feel as safe and reassured as we possibly can.
  • Everything will be cleaned, sprayed and wiped regularly.

Appointments only on a Sunday

WE WANT TO SEE YOU SO WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE YOU FEEL SAFE.

We’re going to be piloting a new scheme on Sundays, an appointment only system. It’s aimed at families or those of you who will feel that little bit safer and relaxed in the knowledge that you will be the only ones in the shop at any one time! We will be allocating 45 minute slots with a 15 minute gap between each appointment.

Our opening times on a Sunday will be from 11am till 4pm. We will be booking on the hour, so 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. We will need you to call us by Thursday of the week to confirm your allocated time, this way we can make sure that staff can be arranged, it will need to be on a first come first served basis. We’re not sure how this will work but it makes sense to try it, we will be monitoring it and we will inform you of any changes as things progress.

Our other stores

At present our stores at David Lloyd West Bridgford, David Lloyd Coventry and Leicestershire Tennis and Squash Club remain closed. By no means does this mean we cannot help though, if you are local to either the West Bridgford or Coventry store then please contact them on the numbers below and they’ll be on hand to help (whether its new balls, a restring or a new racket).

We’ll be continuing to run our local delivery and collection service so if you’re unable to get into the City Centre then we’ll come to you.
