Description
The Astrox range are Yonex’s most attack orientated rackets and have super seeded the out-going Voltric range. Astrox rackets are known as ‘counterbalance’ frames. This means they will offer a more precise weight distribution throughout the grip end, frame top and joint, thus increasing the rotational power the racket provides.
Out of all the Astrox Taiwanese made frames, the Astrox 5FX is well suited for beginners to intermediate players. At 73g, this offers you incredible manoeuvrability The hi-flex shaft is well suited for beginners who need more help from the racket as it will help you generate more power. As is with all Yonex rackets, this features their famous Isometric head shape which will increase the sweet spot on the racket. Therefore, even if you are hitting slightly off centre, you will find it a lot more forgiving compared to a conventional head shape.
The Astrox is an attack-orientated model which can take the lead in a high-speed game with a design that can deliver powerful, steep smashes, allowing you to dominate the court.
