Giving you the Withers Experience

Our plan for the period of this new lockdown is to keep providing you with the Withers experience, albeit in new forms.

We pride ourselves on our specialist nature and the connection we share with customers. So, in light of that we’ve been continuing to update our website and working towards it offering you more of the Withers experience. These updates will keep coming, with more improvements planned our goal is to service customers seamlessly between in-store and online.

Home collection and delivery service

We’ll continue to offer a home collection and delivery service – bringing the shop to you! Should you need it we can bring multiple sizes just to be sure that you find the right fit. Or even various rackets should you be unsure which you’d prefer. Give us a call on 0116 2622113 or email [email protected] to talk to us about your needs. Don’t forget that we can also pick up and collect your restrings too, we’ll make sure that come the time you can hit the court’s your rackets won’t let you down!

Personal virtual shopping

Personal virtual shopping is also available, we can offer advice over the phone or by video call should you prefer. Whether it be a racket, a new pair of shoes or clothing to get you ready for your return to court we’ll be on hand to help and talk you through the options that we have available. If you’d like to schedule a virtual appointment please get in touch with us on either 0116 2622113 or [email protected]. We can then organise either home delivery or deliver via FedEx.

Click and Collect service

Throughout this period of closure we’re also operating a Click and Collect service whereby you can order with us, either by phone or online and then you can simply collect from us in-store. There’s even parking available outside of the shop for all orders collected before 11am. At Withers we care about you all, for us that extends to more than just your custom, if you’re going through a particularly difficult time at the minute then please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll help in any way we can (even if you just want someone to talk to!).
