Non-toxic environmentally friendly gel. Controls swelling and relieves pain. Stays hot/cold for hours. Remains flexible even at low temperatures. Includes removable cover.
- Instructions for cold therapy:
Place in freezer for 2 hours. Pack will immediately be ready for use. - Instructions for hot therapy:
Place gel pack in microwave at 700W. Heat for a max of 30 seconds and turn to avoid hotspots. Continue in 10 second intervals for a max of 30 seconds until desired temperature required. Times should be reduced for higher power ratings. Can also be heated in water: Immerse in hot water for approx 7 minutes. For hot therapy the use of the cover is highly recommended.
