SCIENTIFICALLY CRAFTED SPIN. The VCore features a toolbox of spin waiting to be unlocked – heavy spin, attacking spin, topspin and back spin.
A new frame design shifts the widest part of the racket, towards the top of the frame for more string movement where players make contact the most. The frame thickness in the upper hoop is also reduced by 3% for increased racket head speed. 2G-Namd Flex Force, a transformation from the previous graphite used, is incorporated in the upper throat to lower frame, allowing the racket to quickly flex and snapback for maximum spin potential.
Unique to Yonex, String Sync Grommets at the 12 and 6 o’clock positions move in sync with the main strings to increase string snapback speed, producing a ball that bites. Now incorporated into the handle, Vibration Dampening Mesh (VDM) is wrapped around the graphite within the grip to filter out unwanted vibrations.
New designs and materials are crafted to produce a vicious racquet flex, heavy ball bite, and faster racquet head speed, resulting in 5.3% more spin and a 3% steeper drop angle.
Yonex are by far the most consistent frames on the market and with good reason. Their quality control and weight tolerance is exceptional. If you have 2 or more Yonex frames, they will be pretty much identical! If there is a difference, it will be 1 or 2 grams which is hardly noticeable but can easily be made the same. If you have ever suffered from tennis elbow, then Yonex should be your first choice as they offer a bigger sweet spot and have less vibration that runs through to your arm and been manufactured in Japan, you will not find better made frames. We also have members of staff who use Yonex. They have used other brands in the past and can safely say the consistency and feel they get from Yonex frames can’t be beaten.
