The Nanoflare technology brings a more aerodynamic frame to your game than ever before, increasing racket head speed and manoeuvrability. If you can create power yourself, but are after more feel and touch around the net, then looks towards the Nanoflare range.
Any unwanted vibrations are filtered out of the frame thanks to VDM (Vibration Dampening Mesh) which is a stretchy mesh material embedded into the graphite. The Nanoflare 160 FX is well suited for beginners as it has a hi-flex which makes it very forgiving as the racket will do a lot of work to help you generate the power that is needed. As is with all Yonex rackets, this features their famous Isometric head shape which will increase the sweet spot on the racket. Therefore, even if you are hitting slightly off centre, you will find it a lot more forgiving compared to a conventional head shape.
Sonic Flare System: The revolutionary new graphite material Torayca M40X and Super HMG provide unrivalled power and stability for maximum shuttle acceleration.
Nanocell Neo – A resilient yet surprisingly flexible graphite material
Isometric – Increases the size of your sweet spot
VDM: Vibration Dampening Mesh, VDM, is a stretchy mesh material rolled with the carbon to reduce unwanted vibrations.
New Grommet Pattern – Single pass grommet holes for reduced string stress, maximising performance
AERO Frame: Decreases air resistance and realises a quicker swing.
New Built-in-T-Joint – The lightweight T-Joint increases stability of the shuttle on the strings, maximising power and control
Super Slim Shaft: This thin frame provides greater head speed and a solid feel.
